I have been singing and acting for a few years and I am quite good at it.
I am going to be a music major in college and then I want to go to medical school.
Is it stupid of me to want to be a doctor when I have other talents?
Am I just basically just wasting my talents?

It depends on WHY you want to be a doctor. If you really enjoy medicine and science, are a fast learner, and want to help people, then it sounds like a good goal. Singing and acting can be hobbies for you. One of my pediatricians was also involved in local musical theater productions.

If you want to be a doctor because they make a lot of money, or because your parents want you to, or because you want to help people but aren't very good at biology and chemistry, it's probably not a good idea. Keep in mind, though, that a lot of people are great singers and actors, but you have to be in the right place at the right time to become famous and make a decent amount of money. You should explore other options, even ones related to your talents like teaching.

I've said it before and it bears repeating here. If you can do anything other than act and be happy, do it instead. There is absolutely nothing wrong with being a physician that dabbles in community theater. Any acting skills that you have will help you in any career that you choose, including medicine.

Choose acting only if you have that defective gene that keeps you auditioning when no one will give you a job and keep smiling about it. When constant rejection does nothing to harm the soul of a poet. When the only time that you are truly happy is when you are immersed in fantasy while under the lights. When an audience of ten or ten thousand watch you walk the razors edge between exhilaration and humiliation. If you need to have that to really live, then should you chose acting

Its hard to make money in that kind of industry and actually stay in it as a life long career, at least if you were a doctor you would know that you had a job all the time.

Why would it be stupid?
I've heard so many stories about stuff like this,
there was one man,
who when he was 60,
decided he wanted to be a surgeon,
so went back to school.
He died right after he got certified to be a surgeon,
but never regretted learning,
because he discovered what he actual wanted to do.

Music and medicine mix. Many doctors are gifted in the arts.
