hey being left handed isnt a disability,
Im left handed too.
im a good artist---ish
although this world leans more towards the right-side
it jus makes us all that more special (and kacky-handed apparently)
think of it this way
a right handed person will find your first curved line difficult o draw but the second one easyer!!! yeah?
it works both ways
so dont get disheartened
you know what they say..........
'practice makes perfect'
you will do it. don't worry
;-)

Everybody does. Its part of being a newbie, not left-handed. Just keep practicing. right now the left side of your brain is taking over and telling you where the curve is "supposed" to be. It's normal and how you are taught since kindergarden. You just have to learn to react more to what you see instead of thinking about it.
I'm left-handed and always get great feedback. In fact, some studies show that left-handed people are usually better at drawing then some right-handed people because it corresponds to the right side of the brain which is responsible for more intuitive and creative thinking.

Absolutely you should try.
Being left-handed means you're right-brain dominant, which will give you a slight edge over all the righties---because you use the right side of your brain for drawing and painting.
But it's a use-it-or-lose-it type of thing. If you don't start drawing, having a genetic advantage is useless.

Let me tell you this, there are several famous left handed artists. Leonardo Divinci was left handed. MC Echer was left handed, Goyan, Matt Groening, Thomas Kincade, Edwin Landseer, Michelangelo, Raphael, Regnault, and Rembrandt were all left handed.
Being a leftie myself I can appriciate your predicimate. Be proud, we are only 10% of the population, and that makes us special!
Go forward, and become an artist!

Doing art has no connection to right or left handedness. You simply have to train you hand and eyes to work together. I'm right handed and I would have trouble drawing matching opposites. I know a lady artist who draws with her feet because she has no hands.
It just work, work, work, to make you brain, eyes and hands work together.

wow, no way every one has there own style of drawing even if the drawing isnt perfect its the inperfections that makes it your own,if you know what i mean,as people say if you like someone the imperfections will be "beautiful" so same goes for drawing :)
nothing can be wrong when drawing its just how you see/interperate whats around you.
