A Poem For You

When I see you,
what can I say?
I think to myself no chance, no way
A guy like you would never like me,
let alone look twice to see
When you are near,
my heart skips a beat
I get all shy and look down at my feet
When I look into your eyes, so deep,
I begin to quiver,
its hard to speak
I've written poems for you before,
to slip them under your locker door

Isn't it Amazing that we are all stranded on a Giant Rock in a vast space larger than Anybody could ever IMAGINE, and there are forces beyond our abilities to Understand taking place? We don't even Know how Gravity works!!! We don't Understand the Motion of the universe and the Objects within it. Who KNOWS!! what is out in space, Has an alien race harnessed some Force we are unaware of and is traveling through the Universe, or is Everybody and everything in the universe as stranded as us!? We are all sitting here right here and now with an Entire Universe left to Explore!!!!!!! it's all happening right now. Don't you wish you were apart of it, don't you want to Explore strange new space and seek out new life and new civilizations, and boldly go where no man has gone before?

Im a 21 year old college student, Im a Film & Television and Political Science major and I've recently been bitten by the theater bug. I just wanted to know if Im way too old to try to do theater. Im also a sucker for musicals, would voice, singing, and/ or dancing lessons be useless on account of my age. And if not, where do I start? Please give me feedback, Im completely serious about this. Nothing is Wrong

Mother is upstairs,
Cleaning the kitchen sink.
I can hear the scrubbing,
As she is busily rubbing.
Going on today,
As if it were just another day.
Nothing to worry about she is ok.
Nothing is wrong,
Not one to complain.
She keeps it inside,
As if it is just another day.
Laughing at the jokes that,
Come from tv.
As if they are funny,
As if the sky above is sunny.
Like there is still something worth laughing about.
As if the sky is still gleaming and nothing is wrong,
She sings a song,
As the music blares from the stereo,
That does'nt run all that well.
Keeping herself busy,
Running about her life in a frenzy.
With a smile etched on her face,
Engraved like stone as if she is afraid that if she lets it down,
The silence may leave her and she may start to cry.
Then the day is done,
And the sun has gone down.
Not a star in the sky,
Nothing but darkness,
And now she can hide,
She can go in her room and cry.

Now, when I say this, I'm not saying it like, "OMG I WANT 2 B3 ON DIISN3Y CHANN3L!!1!!!!!" I simply want to take up acting as a hobby. They do have productions in my school, but they're musicals, and I'm not very good at singing and I'm stiff when it comes to dancing. I have been told I have potential and it seems like so much fun!

Does anyone know how I can get into some plays and stuff? Once again, I am a young person who's looking to act for fun. I'm not really looking to pursue it as a career or be famous or anything.

If given chance or there would be no law and fear of God are we ready to do any evil thing.

I mean...friends often come for me for advice or my opinion on a certain situation..and then dont even apply my words od wisdom into consideration when it comes to making a decision..they to the total opposite? dont get me wrong i do it too...i dont know why..for example i can ask which i better item A or item B..i like item A and know thats the one i will get but i still manage to ask..which one do u like which one is better which one should i get..they all say Item B yet i still get item A after hearing everyones advice or opinions...its not just with materialistic things but with real life situations as well...why do we do this..ask even thogh we already know in our hearts we know the answer...i guess if we followed our hearts there would be no need for yahoo answers huh?what do u think?-(i did it again lol)
