Won What? You ought to read 'Fatherland' by Robert Harris a what if novel.
Hitler has no chance of winning however if he had succeeded in getting a negociated Peace with Britain and America, then he would have been engaged in war with Russia for the rest of his unnatural life. What Hitler envisioned has actually come to pass. A United Europe, not under one man's rule, but someday the European Union might produced a Napoleon.
But as for the World outside of Europe, no way would Hitler have been able to send enough Nazi troops to Pacify the Globe or to murder all non white. The sheer numbers defeat the possibility. The only possibility remotely close to your question would be if Hitler had dveloped Atomic Bombs, Then one can imagine Hitler ordering Africa turned into an air heap but that would still leave the Japanese who were nominally allies and non-white.
Peace--------------------

I have thought about that. In order to win, he would have had to have developed the A bomb first. One dropped on the third army corp, one on the Russian front, and a threat of one on London would have brought peace. The US would have had to pull back in the Pacific and Germany would have turned all its forces on the USSR. Then he would have forced the Communists to give up the Ukraine for the wheat. The Balkan states and Belarus. Puppet government would give Germany a buffer from Russia.
Hitler would have taken parts of the middle east for the oil Germany needed. Also, he would have cleared Poland to give him the expansion he craved.
Meanwhile, the USA would have kept the Manhattan project running and gotten its own bomb. That would have lead to a stalemate where the Anglo-American (American in a hemisphere view) would have isolated itself from Europe and at the same time, would have started to pressure Japan to return certain areas to the US. Italy would have been given the job of policing the north Africa. Germany would have also force concession on Egypt and some sections of sub Saharan Africa. The world would be much less developed in many areas. Isolation would have kept many thing from being discovered.

One needn't even consider this because there were just a lot more Russians than he had counted on. Germany also lacked the industry and raw materials to fight a sustained war. Germany's victories early on led Hitler to erroneously believe that a sudden surprise invasion could overwhelm any adversary, but Germany was unable to continue to occupy hostile conquered countries while continuing to supply and fight a war on two fronts. With Hitler as a leader, or really with anyone, there was no chance for a German victory.

No, there would be a class structure of whites, the 'perfects'- blue eyes, blond hair, the 'slight imperfects'- green/brown eyes, blond hair, the 'imperfects'-brown/black haired, the other races would not be obliterated, they would be slaves, and the white community would be barbaric, with human skin rugs, lamps; intestinal ropes to bind the slaves with. This barbaric attitude would make the 'slight imperfect' and the 'imperfects' revolt against the 'perfects', which would inspire the slaves to revolt against the 'imperfects' and 'slight imperfects' killing off all whites, and running a world with white jews the minority. P.S the world is run by whites or light skined peoples.

Well, things would work just fine (in his terms) for about 10 years. After that it would fall apart.
Why?
Simply because German Empire would have the same fate as Roman Empire. Too many slaves, too many different allies, some of them racially disputable (Albanians, for example), the eventual death of Fuhrer, power struggles, You know, things that usually happen.
As for medical and technological knowledge, it probably would go the same way as today.
As for people, they would die in concentration camps instead of Gulags, atomic bomb blasts, and many small wars ever since.
Yes, it would be horror.
Perhaps, some new leaders would see the facts, and just ignore the racial theory, but ecconomicaly it would be the same for enslaved people. And, we would have states where the labour force is pathetically cheap in the very heart of Europe. For the rest of the world it would be just the same as it is now. (I think it makes no difference what is the name of the enslaver).
The only states that would really suffer are Israel (they would be crashed), China (because of Japanese ruling) and Russia (Slavic country, rich in woods, water, and minerals.)

I'm pretty sure when you combine Africans, Jews, Asians, Hispanics, etc...they outnumber white europeans.
But it's a scary thought. His world domination was paranoid to the extreme. Who knows. Maybe there were enough white people to run the world.

What if Hitler was obliterated in a trench in the Great War?
What then? Would there still be a NSDAP? Would there be long history of socialist governments in Germany?
