I'd go with Hitler, because he was a great speaker and was very effective in what he wanted, I have nothing against Jews though. He was a bad man but you can't deny he was the last great leader. By the way I'm not a ******' nazi or racist, I respect everyone.

Genghis Khan, Saladin, Churchill, Alexander the great, Julius Caeser, Napolean, Patton, Saddam Husein, Nelson, Cyrus the great, Attila the Hun, Oliver Cromwell, Stalin, Eisenhower, Hitler, George Washington.

better questions are, how did sex ever get seperated from love ? or how did sex ever come to be associated with love? isn't sex an expression of love? or an entirely different irresistable compulsion that we can't live without, just like food? what ya think?

The cosmos; They cause, They cease...
Life begins... Life ends...
All truly just a viscious cycle of existence.

But what control do they have?

Being allowed the freedom of choice,
WE can control...
WE can mold...
...in every way our own destinies.

They will be proud
of what
They started.

Ive been in a job where ive been working with the public for about 6yrs at this stage and ive come to the conclusion that most people have no awareness of themselves or the people around them. They say and act in a rude and ignorant manner to those around them. Seemingly without any knowledge or awareness of the offensive way they behave. Ive learned at this stage to not take it personally when a customer is being rude because like I said, I dont think they even realise what theyre doing.
What has been your experience of people, do you think they lack awareness and are off on another planet? thanks

Once I willingly drowned in the deep blue pools of your eyes

You were to be my oasis in the desert of life

Yet your commitment was a lie… your love a trickery so sweet

Our passion was a trap…. The foolishness of lust unbridled

Conquering betrayal was your intention

Never once looking back at the path of destruction that lay behind you

Never did I find the protection in your arms that your whispered words had promised.

You looked in my eyes and kissed my lips while turning the dagger that pierced my heart

So boundless and complete was your deception

Your love was my only desire… my devotion was rewarded with treachery

I thought you were the love of a lifetime…..

i'm thinking of the governing/government of Iraq;
It operates-just about-by a simple majority;nothing wrong
with that.
But if the politicians were selected, fairly,by random-would
these ordinary people be more likely to unify and galvanize
both the government and the population.
(im thinking that the candidates for selection would be Every
Lawful Citizen)

And thus more likely to stop the violence.
Is that a risk worth taking?

I asked this question a couple months ago and I got a lot of answers. Now I'm more familiar with RENT, A Chorus Line, Wicked, Avenue Q, Fiddler on the Roof, Annie, The Producers, Dreamgirls, Chicago, Hairspray, Oliver, and more...

Which ones are your favorite and what others do you recommend that aren't already on the list above?

"It is easier to cope with a bad conscience than with a bad reputation."

I use the quote for one of my mail signatures and I thought it meant, simply, that it's easier for you to forgive yourself than it is for the world to get over what you've done. In other words, once you've lied, it will always be difficult for anyone to ever believe you again, to paraphrase another of Nietzsche's quotes. But the reactions I've been getting to my mail sig have been pretty negative! One friend said to me "Are you saying that bad deeds don't matter, as long as you don't get caught?" and another simply said "I don't like it!".

So what's your take on the quote? BTW, I don't know much about Nietzsche which I'm assuming would help me to understand this better.
