Abrams would be a great agency especially since they're bi-coastal and Disney casts mostly out of LA, but exactly what experience do you have that would make them notice you? I hate to tell you but most likely without a personal reference, the bigger agencies will likely toss your photo in the trash. Confidence is great, but arrogance gets you nowhere. You need to check arrogance at the door and be real about your situation. The more self important you ask your question, the more rude your answers/comments will be (in case you didn't notice). Like anyone else starting out, you either do a mass mailing, or network while in your acting classes and see who has an agent that they do not mind referring you to. A personal reference is the best foot in the door to an agency you can get, but it's no guarentee. You still have to have the training and resume to back it up and the credits on your resume had better be legit. If you lie, they'll know. It's a much smaller working cimmunity than you think and it only takes a phone call (sometimes less than that) to verify things on your resume.
good luck
EDIT: I don't know if anyone else got a lovely note from this child, but let me share what she decided to send me privately:
From: Disn3yDr34m3r
Subject: Shut up
Message: You need to stop getting an attitude with me and I am Making an effort but you don't see it because you are not in my life! And yahoo! questions does not say only 3 questions per person and if you have a problem with this again then don't answer it!OKAY
So this is what she thinks even though so many of us have already tried and obviously failed to help her. Our advice has fallen upon deaf ears. I say we give up.

In what genre do you have "ALOT" of experience? If it's in theatre, be aware that that's different than television and film. Even though I'm one of those detractors who considers those Disney situation "comedies" to be wretched, they nonetheless cast people who have some television experience. I don't mean to be mean, but your desire to work for The Mouse is of no importance whatsoever -- you have to do the requisite work beforehand in order to have them be interested.
Also, most television work is done in L.A. and Hollywood [or thereabouts]. Disney is in Burbank [God help them]. The only thing I'm aware of [at this early moment of the day] in New York is the three or four or twenty "Law & Order" series and most of the soap operas. So if you ARE ready to secure representation, you'll need to move to the L.A. area.
I would recommend taking some camera acting classes where you're at. Do some student films to build credits. Aim for getting into SAG [since you have "alot" of experience, you don't need me to tell you that that stands for the Screen Actors Guild]. Then try to get small roles on one of the aforementioned "Law & Order" productions -- they provide a TON of work for actors in the NY areas, since they usually need about 10-15 speaking roles. Oh, but you could also start with work as an extra.
The operative word in "Show Business" is the second word. It's called the entertainment INDUSTRY for a reason. It takes a lot of work to make it in this business.

The best would be the Abrams Agency, but agents don't work like you think they work. Agents do not magically take on starry-eyed moppets and suddenly get them roles on Disney. Agents are only interested in the most talented, most beautiful applicants. Seeing as they get thousands of applicants every month, where do you fit in? There can be no really positive comments for your naive question. Sorry, I give free advice to actors at kencosp@aol.com for free, and I tell the truth, like I just did.

try auditioning for roles in any performing employer after which you're able to have the skill to discover an agent and then start up auditioning for any disney roles that improve into available. Your agent will shop a glance out for you.

If you had a lot of experience acting, you'd know how to find an agent, wouldn't you? Since you don't, I'd suggest looking in your Yellow Pages under "talent agency".
The good ones are very picky about who they take.

Why do you want to be on the Disney Channel?
Do you WANT a career full of mindless roles with minimal required acting skill, all of it written by corporate drones with no imagination?
