I write a lot of poetry and I would love to have someones opinion on what I write. In this case I just need someones opinion on these three lines. It's like no matter what I do, I can't stop editing it.


I can remember when these soken cheeks, had more than a whisper and a memory to keep
'Cause I've found that it's easier to be broken, when everything else is so whole
And it's just so much easier to go on, than to be stuck in some old broken home

I would do it just for you

Well i was wondering how i would get started in commercial acting or modeling. see with those you dont have to be a ceritain height. i have somewhat of a built frame and want to get some kind of experience under my wings. they say you should never pay for a agencies and stuff. so just trying to get some info on where to start. any suggestions?

I've been writing for about 7 years now, however I just haven't published anything. I've finally buckled down and started (almost completed) to write a novel. It's SciFi/Fantasy, however, I know it's pretty hard to get into the literary world without having a good resume as far as being published goes. I've been doing my research, and I think I'd like to go the Literary Agent route. I was thinking of self publishing myself, but I'd like to really pursue the road to where I can get published through mainstream. Can anyone give me advice and what literary agents out there that would actually take on a "first time author"? Thanks.

I am trying to write a sonnet, but I am having a hard time writing iambs. I can not figure out if one syllable words like 'I' and 'when' are stressed or unstressed. Can you help me out? or at least give me an internet resource for determining this?
