Honesty isn't the most important thing, sometimes you need to think about why you are being honest and if it might be better to tell a lie instead.

True? False? Or something in between?

I met you years ago, yet it seems like yesterday.
You gave me pain, unbearable
And heartache, unimaginable
Yet here I stay.

The years have gone by fast, yet slowly I still wait.
For a glint of hope,
or a murmur of truth.
I lay here, unable to leave.

You’re love has captured me, like a butterfly in a net.
Seemed a good idea in the beginning, slowly I forget.
I wait here forever, yours for the taking, never leaving, forever waiting.

In my experience, there are two things that evidence to me that such is not the case.

First, people often say they believe something, then go on to take actions, or say other things, that contradict their statement of belief.

Secondly, in my experience, those who truly have conviction in what they believe, rarely evidence a need or desire to convince others. That is to say that, most arguments people make about what they believe, often seem to devolve into "convincing themselves" that what they are saying is in fact true.

A couple of things to note. One, I am not asking for why the statement is true, or untrue, or asking anyone to prove to me that it is, or isn't.

Two, we are speaking of "belief" here, not thought. Many people "say" they believe in something, only to go on and prove that they do not through their actions.

My question is: "IF" the manifestation of reality was based on individual and collective belief(s), how could someone go about proving, or disproving this "fact", since in this case, it would require one to know and alter their intrinsic beliefs, in order to become aware of this? In addition, if this were true, how could you "prove" to someone else it was, since their own beliefs would be involved in the manifestation of whatever "evidence" was offered?

Have fun.

God states in Revelations 22:14-15 "Blessed are those who wash their robes, that they may have the right to the tree of life and may go through the gates into the city. Outside are the dogs, those who practice magic arts, the sexually immoral, the murderers, the idolaters and everyone who loves and practices falsehood."

Should christians partake in Harry Potter?

As we all know about the assassinated prince and all that. But really australia is the reason the german's entered the war agents the allies. Aussie's were afraid of the ever growing present's of germany in the south pacific.

So australia orderd new navy ship's from britain and after australia got the ship's. australia then took it upon them self've to conquer the german territories of northeast papua new guinea. And some island's to the north. The british and german's started bitching at australia but australia refused to hand them back.

Parsonaly i don't blame australia for attacking the german's they were getting to deadly.

How ever australia sunk a german ship and that really pissed them of and pritty soon germany forgot about austria hungary already in war and relised britain was a powerful enemy. did you know any of this?
