For example, a yellow colored block reflects more light than a blue colored block. Is there any rule of thumb, or formula or something, that could give me a fraction of some sort describing how a one color reflects more or less than another?

I heard a rumor about a book that Joseph Smith wrote before his death where he declared that everything he said about the Mormon religion that he started was completely 100% a lie. A Farce. In regards to publishing houses, does anyone know which book editors handle which subjects. I've checked out the writers market and other publications and although they tell the name of a publisher and what they handle, they never say which editor specifically handles a certain subject.
