I haven't seen the movie and I just finished the book. Well my doubt was about the BS the devil kept muttering throughout the exorcism. That's the last bit of the book. Since it was the devil, and obviously he did have certain supernatural powers, he could read minds. So when Sharon(the mother Chris's friend) enters the scene in between to give Regan an injection or something, the devil mocks her by saying something about her wanting Karras, the priest. Something about her sorta having an interest in him(which was pretty obscenely put by the devil)...so what i wanted to know is, was it true? did she really have feelings for the priest? because everything else he was saying was true, so what about this one or was he just getting her upset? and after the devil says that, the book says she 'crimsoned'. could be she just felt horribly embarrassed but whatever, this incident isnt clarified anywhere else later on in the book.

Im 15. I live in the UK and really want to become an actor. I have enrolled in a stage school in the past, currently taking drama for my GCSE's and i am currently filming a short film.

I would love to be able to find feature film auditions somewhere here in the UK, but i don't really know where to look. I have tried signing up to casting directories on the internet but find they're not really for my age group, mostly for adults.

I am currently making a meeting with a casting directories based in London [for me in the UK] Los Angles and Santa Monica in California.

They have all TV roles and film auditions.. So im going to make a meeting with them soon.

Does anyone know any film agencies? Or know an agent that may consider taking me on?

Thankyou :)

I need two free-standing doors (in frames) for use as part of a stage-set. One would be the front door of a bar, the other an internal door of the bar.

I'm based in Liverpool, so I'm hoping there's somewhere nearby.

So, for instence, if we are motivated by wealth without concern to anything else, will we live in a greed ruled world, with everything else ignored? If we are motivated by goodness, noblity, justice, common sense, humanity, compassion and truth and have the goal of a good, noble, just, sensible, humane, compassionate and true world and use good, noble, just, sensable, humane, compassionate and true means to get to it, wouldn't it actually lead to a good, noble, just, sensable, humane, compassionate and truth ruled world? Could we surmise that if the world is going in a certain direction, that it is going that way because of the motivations in the hearts and minds of the people who are making it go that way? So if our goal is a good, noble, just, sensable, humane, compassionate, true world shouldn't we have those ideals be our primary motivation, and then the actions to get there will naturally follow?

Hello. I have read the City of Ember about a year ago and I was kind of curious as to what you think about this book. I picked up The People of Sparks quite some time ago and hadn't started reading it until now. I am almost done and can't wait to read The Prophet of Yonwood. I looked on the author's site, and it says that there will be a fourth book- the last book.

So I'm asking, what do you think? Please tell me which of these books you have read. If you have read The Prophet of Yonwood, can you kinda summarize what it is about? Also, I noticed that The City of Ember and The People of Sparks are very different considering the plot of these books. For instance, The City of Ember is about finding the way out of Ember during its last days. The People of Sparks is about preventing War..... What do you think?

Many people claim the American Revolution and the French Revolution for being the sparks to set off Revolutions around the world, but did it not all really start with the beheading of Charles I and the demand for rule of Parliament in England that started it this trend for everybody else?
