Look to see if the eyes are dilated, However if they stay dilated all the time, then that individual might be on some type of meds.

Normally it is very difficult to read correctly the feelings of another person, Because reading feelings of others,comes under the area of mind reading, which of course requires special powers in the person who wants to judge the other person about his inner feelings By innermost feeling we mean the reality about a person's views on something under consideration. There is a whole science of human psychology which needs to be carefully studied for developing expertise and skill to read others innermost feelings.

The innermost feelings are carefully kept away from scrutiny..... it is difficult to know them even after one has had a lot of interactions..... clearly it is near impossible to know in the first meet.

If a person is observed, there is a term called 'body language' the way they sit they talk they do moments with their different parts which by observing can be recognised also eyes is a major messenger. You must have heard a saying 'eyes is the index of the mind also thru eyes a persons mind can be read

Its said we can read by eyes or some what but its impossible to read any ones feeling in first meeting some people pretend to be good then later we come to know the truth .co-incidentally some people are good always as they from first till end

uve to be able to read eyes as they say eyes the windows of ur heart.......... or talk with the person before u about any thing and see the words he or she will use ..... try to talk about any thing so far from the feeling u wanna know if he or she feel it ....... u ll find him or her changing the topic or talking so bored and leave the lead for him to see wts the topic he wants to talk about then ull know
