Hi,

I think dancing helps us to stress out. Earlier when exams are over in colleges, the last day will be a jam session where we dance around the floor, pack our luggage and go home for holidays.....happily ;-) . Phag end of the month will always have a jam session to stress out that month and begin the new month happily. What is your opinion?

The sunny sites of spring appearing, Daffodils opening, pansies smiling. Then suddenly sun turns to rain in my brain, the pain is insane, the river slowly shrivels up into mud, then the sudden down pour of my lonely heart turns to a flood! and covers my long lost luv!

With wisdom, do you find that you compensate for the added fat, wrinkles, debt, disappointments, prejudices, world problems, amd sorrows?

Or is life increasingly burdensome over time?

Each day, the date changes. If there were no change of dates, we would not have to alter the day/date, nor remember it anew. Why are we subjected to archaic norms? We should not be forced to live by the "best practices" of those who did not have our modern tools and understanding. Calendars and clocks should be obsolete. Think about it.

Hi, I was wondering how all of you would rate this drawing of Barbaro on a scale of 1-10. I am 15 and drew him for fun, it took me about an hour or so. Also, how much would I charge for an 8x10 graphite drawing of this kind?
Note: the photo is kind of fuzzy and dark

I am learning a philosophy theory called "Dualistic Interactionism".
I understand that it is trying to state:
1) we have a body (physical)
2) we have a mind (non-physical)
3) Mind and body are two separate entities.
4) Body and Mind interacts with each other.

I have no problem accepting point 1 and 2.
But how do they justify point 3? Why is mind and body separate? How do they argue for it?

And for point 4, how do they solve the problem about "how the mind (non-physical) interacts with the body/brain (physical)?". In other words, how does something non-physical interact with something physical, or vice versa?

I know I asked a bunch of questions, but please enlighten me about this subject with answers to any 1 of those questions. Thanks.

We have recently read a book called The Lord Of The Flies and now we need to do an essay on:
Is there a such thing as evil?

Golding, the author, is trying to say that there is evil in everyone and people can turn evil without civilisation/laws/rules.

But I don't know how to write that in detail and I need more information.

I need to write two sides of A4 paper and not just two lines! And I dont know what else to write about!

If you haven't read the book plz mention that you haven't. I will read everyones though.
