Hi,

I think dancing helps us to stress out. Earlier when exams are over in colleges, the last day will be a jam session where we dance around the floor, pack our luggage and go home for holidays.....happily ;-) . Phag end of the month will always have a jam session to stress out that month and begin the new month happily. What is your opinion?

most defenently, everytime im stressed i dance and sing and it helps. your absolutley right,but everyone has there own outlet so it might not work for everyone

Oh I easily agree!!! Dancing factors an outlet to alleviate all stress. (for sure it quite is a source of stress as properly in case you dance competitively ;-) yet I consistently journey a hundred% extra advantageous useful after working interior the process or coming abode from type. <3

Oh I definitely agree!!! Dancing gives you an outlet to relieve all tension. (of course it can be a source of stress as well if you dance competitively ;-) But I always feel 100% better after practicing or coming home from class. <3

Yes..........you dance and make others to dance....and make life a celebration...........enjoy most of the time without harming anyone.........for stress Pranayama is the best......I feel so...dance has several situation.....if you can dance like a yogi or a Sufi...you can feel the Nirvana...

I THINK DANCING IS GOOD FOR HEALTH.YES DANCING HELPS ME OUT STRESS.FOR MY EXAM WAS OVER I USED TO DANCE A LOT.BY THIS I USED TO REMEMBER EVER THING THE NEXT DAY.
