For me it got easier.
You start to accept more and judge less.
That alone makes things a whole lot easier.
Love and blessings Don

Age does bring wisdom. As you grow older your values change. You learn what is important, and what is not important. You grow more mellow with age, and you know that all problems iron out after a while on there own.
Wrinkles, are precious. Each wrinkle on your face has a history where it came from and why.
Life is less burdensome over time, your children grow up and you have only great satisfaction from the fruits of you labor.
By the way, not all older people are fat, they come in all shapes and sizes just like you young folks.

I am 81 years old and at this time you must realize that you are walking on thin ice.
I think the universe is finite as we are.
It is some times tough to realize it is an event that happens once and will never happen again.
But you must realize that the alternative is horrendous.
What would you be doing in a quadrillion years from now or a quadrillion to the power of a quadrillion.
I am sure long before that you would curse eternity.

I have gotten happier as I have aged. Maturity adds a certain awareness that makes things clearer for me. Stress is leaving me and for some reason I now believe in this saying:
Don't sweat the small stuff; and its all small stuff.
I am more content now that I don't have that 'corporate syndrome' of climb the ladder, climb the ladder faster, climb the ladder before he / she does.
I can relax more and enjoy the day for just being a day in life.
I wake up less stressed and I sleep sounder.
This time in my life is all about me.....
I can give more of me to my causes.
I can volunteer at the humane society.
I can spend more time with my family and my pet.
'...a big sigh...' - life is good!

Yes, there is less strife. Marriage grew into a solid substance. Financial burdens are less. Wisdom came slowly on little cat feet. Friendships are solid. I'm managing to become the person my dog thinks I am. Life is always changing, but now I have anti-lock brakes, AWD, power steering and airbags. Yes, I'm a lot happier.

I'm 56 years old and I can tell you, it gets better. I'm more relaxed. I find enjoyment in simpler things. The wisdom is still coming, but I've learned a lot. The debts, disappointments and hardship are all behind me because I refused to listen just as my children refuse to listen to me. I guess it's a human thing. But, when you get older, you'll find the air is a lot better to breathe.

Depending on which question, hell no or hell yes.
You may have added wisdom, but no one will listen to you once you're too old to count as a person.
The fat and the wrinkles do not disappear, and you can only expect worse.
If this appears a consolation to you, your grandchildren will inherit the rest. of worldwoes.

good question. I am trying to make my life better although it is truth that life has tendency to become burdensome.
Because I am wise, I am not getting married and I avoid stress.
I have to live this life. what else can I do? Good or bad, I have to accept it. I am trying to enjoy in little pleasures and to find happiness in small things.
it is true that I am not same as before. I cannot change that.

as you grow older, you do gain a lot of experience which appears to make you wiser. As an old f*rt who has seen things that most people could never hope to see, and some I hope you never have to see, my time ravaged face is of no concern to me. I have loved and been loved, I have nothing to prove to anyone. Yes, life does get better as you get older because you sort out what is important and what is not, and weed all the junk out of your life.
