My dad gave me one dollar bill
‘cause I’m his smartest son
And I swapped it for two shinny quarters
‘Cause 2 is more than one

And I took the quarters
And traded them to Lou
For three dimes- I guesse he didn’t know
That three is more than two!

Just Then, along came old blind Bates
And just ‘cause he can’t see
He gave me four nickels for my three dimes
And four is more than three!

An I too the nickels to Hiram Coombs
Down at the seed-feed store,
And the fool five me five pennies for them,
And five is more than four!

And then I went and showed my dad,
And he got all red in the cheeks
And closed his eyes and shook his head-
Too proud of me to speak!

I would appreciate a line or two about what the book is about .. For example if the book is about cloning - I can write a pursuasive essay about cloning... If I write about "students should wear uniforms" - it should somehow mention that... I AM NOT WRITTING AN ESSAY ON THE BOOK - I AM WRITTING ABOUT SOMETHING ELSE BUT I HAVE TO INCORPORATE THE BOOK SOMEHOW....

It is incredible the comments made against this country of mine, the fact is most of these people that seem to hate America why don't they leave? They ridicule the fact that we won the wars WWII, like we were wrong to win? What did they want the torturing Emperor of Japan to rule, who sent his own soldiers to their deaths(Kamikazis)? The fact that we did not have to go to the extent of rebuilding their country but we did? Why ? Because we were humane. The Germans the same thing a cruel inhumane dictator who executed 11 million innocent people? And people say that was okay? I feel there are too many of these people here in America, that are anti our government and I think it should be a crime?

i'm still in my teens but i want to take acting and singing seriously. i had a lead role in my most recent musical and i really want to take it to the top. I live in the suburbs of western NY so my town is a little secluded.

It would be a dream come true to work in Broadway. Anyways, if you have experience, how did you get into the show biz and does anyone have any tips on how to break into the biz....
