Global warming

I for one think it is about time, time we die may be cry for the last time if there is one, see the after life.
I’m tired of this crime
I’m tired of the war on terror it is no different but cold blooded murder they also strike the innocent and say they hit al qeeda the governments are corrupt the will never be a true leader

When the echo system runs out let it be gods doing let him hit us hard judgement day come.

According to what I read "good" is knowledge particularly reliable knowledge tested through argumentation or what he called dialectic technique...whatever we do, if it means shaping our soul to a set of true moral values (true moral values=reliable knowledge), then we are doing good...

Wrongdoing on the other hand is involuntary..that means if we do something wrong then we are doing something outside our knowledge, outside the set of true moral values...which may mean that we don't know what we are doing because it is out of the range of our knowledge hence it is involuntary...

bottomline:
good=knowledge
bad=ignorance

this what I understood about Socrates' moral thoughts...

did I misunderstood anything?

i quit ballet 4 years ago and yesterday i had a ballet class for 2 hours. when i was dancing, i was suprised how much things i could do and how much i could stretch. i did not feel any pain at all during the class. however, when i woke up today i felt clear pain in my calves. my calves felt stiff and sore. anyway, i went shopping with a friend and walked home (30 minute walk) which i seldomly do. when i came home, i felt noticiblesharper and stiffer pain in my calves. its very uncomfortable for me to walk now. so im wondering what do you guys think happened and should i take the dance class tommorrow? i would feel really bad telling the teacher i have to skip the 2nd class because i hurt my calves.
