1. YES
2.only if you constantly dye your hair. It also could cause your hair to fall out.
3. once they reach around 21 they as you will not grow tall at that point in their lives.
4.Head and Shoulders does not work alone, you need a conditioner as well. For dry scalp can be caused by many factors.

i don't know about the sins.
dyeing your hair does ruin your scalp.
it depends on what kind of midget it is.
head and shoulders is suppised to work but in my expirence it hasn't.
