I have a picture from a camera phone that is 8x6 inches or 640x480 px. The photo is kind of pixelated, you can only see the pixels around edges. I wanted to know how to smooth out the picture without distorting the size.

As a child, I have always been taught to have great dreams. But building castles in the sky has led nowhere. Somewhere along the way, I have discovered that it is not the dream that is important but the actions you take towards a goal. But are all great dreamers destined for failure? Those with high expectations beyond their means are setting themselves up for some degree of failure, are they not? Is the ardent dreamer often too entangled in his dream to really acheive something in real life?

I thought it was pitiful that this nation chose to talk about what a wonderful man Gerald Ford was after his death than before. I had never watched an autobiography about him until after he died. They should have let him be honored and told what a great guy he was before he was dead. What is your opinion?

The original American natives who populated America should be honored as the true people of this country and we should be ashamed of "the white man's takeover". We celebrate Columbus Day which is a complete sham. How do you discover a country that is already inhabited? We celebrate Thanksgiving Day which is really a slap in the face to native Americans. It's nothing more than a prelude to their demise. We have a real evil way of making us the good guys through out history when in fact we should be feeling a lot more shame.

i'd like to introduce some books about king tut/ egyptology, and/or archaeology, to my nephews. they are in early elementary school but are really advanced readers. any suggestions?

I am not an egyptologist and I am not an archaeologist, but I do know what makes sense and what does not. I do know for a fact that this question as to racial identity of the Egyptians has been in dispute for some time now. The reason I say now is because of the fact that before 1974, it was not a problem. The fact of the matter is that in 1974 there was a UNESCO conference where all of the noted egyptologists were invited to put to rest the racial and historical background of the Egyptians. The conference was very clear and the conclusion was that the Egyptians were African. For further understanding "black African". Now at this conference Cheikh Anta Diop and Theophile Obenga put together alot of evidence to prove that the original Egyptians were black Africans. There work was presented and none of there arguments or proofs were disputed by actual proof. In fact those two were the only ones to bring so much evidence. Furthermore they dominated the conference and put a lot of misconceptions to rest. This is for "shoveling" I understand your view now is that the Egyptians were a mixed race and you say that to us (non-egyptologists) on this online forum, but were you at the conference and were you one of the egyptologists invited? Can you dispute any arguments that Obenga and the late great Diop made with proof? I am just another person that wants this bullshit to turn to evidence. That is all you are doing "shoveling" bullshit with no proof. I do not like people like you that claim something and that we should take your word based on what you say because you are an egyptologist. Show me some proof!!!!!!..........................We all know that Diop is dead but Obenga is still alive and I have met the brother. If you have any questions that disputes Diop and OBenga bring it to him. Do not try to shovel your crap to us when your own brethren egyptologist sat there stunned and impressed with the Diop and Obenga and could not even challenge their proof. I have heard Hawass' arguments and all he has are words. The fact of the matter is that the question is moot. THE EGYPTIANS WERE BLACK AFRICANS.

IN THE PROPAGANDA WAR AGAINST BLACK ACHIEVEMENT IN THE WORLD, CLEAR EVIDENCE MAY NOT ALWAYS BE ENOUGH. AMERICAN MASS MEDIA SEEM TO PRACTICE WHAT ADOLF HITLER PERFECTED SAY SOMETHING LOUD ENOUGH AND LONG ENOUGH PEOPLE ARE BOUND TO BELIEVE IT.
