Try their embassy in America and London first? Or go to the Roman Catholic Dyosis and see if they have their agenda now? Like if they attend Church, which one and where? Immigration in both countries have a roster and if you want to send a letter to them they may transfer mail to them for you, and then get permission to get their where abouts, certainly to protect them from stalkers, not to offend you but people take precautions today for obvious reasons.
