that was part of one of the answers that I got for another question, "no one cares", I told them I do I care, but I am going to be alone on Christmas and no one really cares, no big dinner, no big presents, no decorations, what do you do for me what do you say? How are you going to find me if I live right in your own neighborhood, what if this internet is the only way I have to reach out to the world? Then what?

Archivists & conservators:

I have a many polaroid photos and other old photos from the 1960s

Each year - although kept in the dark fade more and more-
What can I do to slow or stop the fading?

Will scanning them into digital files harm them?

For many people, when they are given a scenario They can give the best plan of action with eaze. But when they find themself in the real situaton, they tend to stumble.

For instance, a person could be asked what they would do if someone told a lie about them to a large crowd of people. They might say that they would be calm and tell everyone that it was a lie and maybe give some points why it's false. But a few days later when they step into work and the entire office has been told that they are in fact gay, they might scream out in their defence and act completly irrational.

It has been said that this is because when people are just given a scenario they are clear-minded as they are not caught up in the problem emotionally, but when they are in the situation they are emotionally attached and blinded by what they feel.

What are your thoughts on this?

I have a question for you all. I am writing a Philosophy paper and was wondering your thoughts on what I was writing. The question starts out with a story about parents whos daughter is in the hospital and needs a bone marrow transplant. The daughter is 19 years old and has been waiting in the hospital for a transplant for months and no sign of a donar. The parents then take it upon themselves to have a child to be the donar for her. Take note that the child has to be a year old in order for them to use the marrow for her. Do you find this ethical? I keep coming up with the same answer and Im telling you it does not make up enough pages for my paper.

For me it will be 25 as i will be young but would have loss the boyish face for a matured one...

also i will be well above the legal age of 21 to do many things like clubbing and drinking beer...

And 25 is within the range of your physical peak therefore i can enjoy playing sports....
