Hitler developed his anti-Semitism after he was rejected by an art school that was ran by Jews. Hitler then participated in WWI as most people know, and was wounded in battle, Abandoned by his comrades, and spared by a British Sniper who felt it wrong to kill wounded soldiers. But the biggest factor was probably that his method of rebuilding Germany was through a Scapegoat. And who better then the people who booted him out of their school?

Hitler was politically brilliant, and moronic. He could have done so much better if he had chosen a route different from the whole, 'Kill them, they are the reason for your problems' thing.

Also, it is Rumored that Hitler was actually Bisexual, in that there was a good deal of pornographic material pertaining to homosexuality, and sometimes himself, in his more common abodes, most of which was burned by US and Russian troops before the visit of their respective leaders to the sites.

I don't think so, I think it was a number of things including getting in trouble with the law, being in the army in World War I, being in Germany and getting influenced by right-wing society.

He was so passionate and charismatic, people just believed him. Some of the Nazis read the works of Martin Luther, who, toward the end of his life, wrote some very anti-semitic stuff. Martin Luther was a german monk, professor, theologan and reformer. He lived from 1483 - 1546 and challenged the Roman Catholic Church and had huge input into the Lutheran and Protestant Churches. He translated the bible from Latin into German for the first time, making it accessible for all. But towards the end of his life he turned on the Jews and wrote anti-semitic pamphlets such as "On The Jews And Their Lies". It is the most anti-semitic piece of literature ever written. His statements that Jews' homes should be destroyed, their synagogues and schools burned, money confiscated, and rights and liberties curtailed were revived and given widespread publicity by the Nazis in Germany in 1933–45.[10] It's shockingly racist.

The Wikipedia article is very good on Martin Luther's life, it's a good history artice. Quite shocking but thats real life sometimes!

Have a good one!

Hitler neither experienced anti-semitism or any type of discrimination as a child. Hitler's youth in Austria was pretty normal. He developed his views while living in Germany after being rejected from art school. He did nothing but sell small drawings and read newspapers-- many of which were right-wing, anti-semitic, anti-immigrant and nationalist in nature.

There is no evidence of anything in his childhood that showed any reason why he would become a bigot.

it may have played a minor part..but lets face it... we need to stop blaming "things that heppened in our youth" for our mis behavior as adults.

People always think "it is not my fault, he/she made me do it".

we need to grow up and take responsility for our actions...

Just my opinion
