I am optimistic. Despite how things look now, with population growth, pollution etc, I think we will learn and create a better world for ourselves, though it may take alot of time.I don't believe we will exterminate ourselves through our excesses.
Population growth is slowing faster than expected in many countries.

New Zealand writer Debra Daley?

Does anyone know what has happened to her and her book "Cruel World"? Her website lists it as a novel of hers, but I can't find any record of it being published. Her website seems to have closed in 2005 and she stopped writing her blog quite a couple of years ago. I'd like to know if "Cruel World" was ever published and if so, is it still in print?

Why is Dante Alighieri's "The Divine Comedy" worth reading?

I mean the translated version into English by Allen Mandelbaum, the one published in the Everyman's Library series by Alfred A. Knopf. I'm going to buy a copy to read, would some readers out there like to share your ideas/understanding with me? Thanks.

How do you show realistic support for a friend who wants to move to LA and become an actress?

Does anyone know why Adolph Hitler was imprisoned in Austria before WW11?

The guy was obviously criminal minded with very little skill, why do you think he was in jail? He wasn't a car thief was he? A burglar? Tell me please?
