Writer's Market publishes a directory of literary agents each year. Most larger bookstores keep a copy for sale on the shelf, and any bookstore can order it for you (or you can order it online). If you don't wish to purchase it, check with your local library to see if they own a copy or if they can interlibrary loan it from another library system.
