DO NOT explain the words of Descartes and Spinoza. Explain in your own words the subject- "I".

This one is for john d. Anyway, maybe explain this: A circle=infinte; alpha and omega both, are god; god completes the circle by joining first and last; god is the link (or missing link, although we may have just found it); god is the link between beginning and end which becomes infinite. ???? so what about us? Original theories please. Although the word "original" is contradictory, the contradiction within originality could be key?

The mime guys, they are my heroes for standing there so still (until they leap out at you.)
BUT, how do they go to the loo? I've never seen one slope off into the bushes or anything!

The photograph is an old family portrait which was hanging on a wall I didn't know was damp. When I looked at it after returning from holiday, it's covered in green spots of mould. It's dry now, and most of the image is visible, but how would I go about removing the mould or restoring the image? Is there anything I should avoid doing? Can anyone recommend a good photograph restorer who has done the same? Thanks!

first off, i do plan on doing this essay myself, i just want to see some other opinions.
i have an IB HL history essay to write. the title is "compare and contrast the contributions made by cavour and garibaldi to italian unification" it has to be under 1000 words, so probably around 800-900 words long. i was just wondering if anyone had any ideas. (and i do know the contributions made by each, it is more the compare and contrast bit that i am having trouble with)

I've listened to this piece years ago, but I cannot seem to remember it. I remember that it was really dark (yes, I do realize that most of Poulenc's pieces are really dark). I think it was piano only, but there could have been a flute or clarinet. There were no voice parts.

I remember being told that Poulenc was a prisoner of war and tormented by birds (thus the imitation of birds). I think this piece was written while he was imprisoned.

Can anyone help?

Our school mascot is a knight and we are just known as the Poms team. We already use Lady Knights for all other sports team, so we'd like a cute name that's different. Any ideas?

Or is it that there are no Americans any more; just a bunch of communist from some sort of dictatorship or another?

I've asked this question before a while back, but think there weren't enough pros out there answering. If George Lucas can blow up an 8mm digital frame from 35mm Anamorphich to 70mm, and if Kodak can blow up a 35mm transparency to an roughly twenty foot Duratrans in Grand Central Station, isn't it logical that a very well photographed Super 8mm negative or reversal film using a Cine Chain and possibly wet gate printing could be blown up to 35mm Anamorphic? ( Let's don't forget what Techniscope really is ) or are the film manufacturers and studios afraid of film work coming from such outside fringes?
