Yes and No both. Again this is a paradox. When you take the literal meaning it is YES. However when you experience this it is NO.
Think for example DEATH is a certainty but when Death will come is uncertain. Hence we have the FACT which is certain but the TIMING is not certain.
Similarly if you are a child you are afraid who will take care of you if your father dies. Thus you are living amid insecurity. However when you are settled you are really not scares about his death. You are still insecure but you are not living amid insecurity. Thus TIME is the most important factor between YES and NO to the answer.

Certain uncertainty is the uncertain certainty and a feeling of living amid secured insecurity is the only insecured security! Yes, it is really unreal!!

I believe that. Scientific precepts state that the only one constant thing is change, and that entropy will increase. What do you think? There is no such thing as a certainty. If you are positive about that (aka certain) consider all the outside forces that could change a certainty.

You can be paranoid about your life or plan your destiny. Unforseen things happen, but get a roadmap for your life and you can follow the yellow brick road successfully!
