When I went to my homecoming dance, i curled my hair, then I used a headband that went with my dress to hold it back. It looked really great.

Take all hair from back like making a pony and hold the pony up with a clip that will make the hair split outwatds from the top if they are long.

if you have long hair then curl it and tie it in a high pony tail
or if you want straight hair u can leave it down and have it half dow half up
or have 2 braids on the sides and birng them to the middle and tie the braids
or just put a little daimond clip on
or put in a messy bun
or if you have short hair then just leave it
or if you have curly or straight long hair u can tie it in a pony tail then hold it up and get a big clip and clip it
or if u have short hair u can get clip the side(s)
hope this helps

it really depends on the dance but here is one that will go with any
tie your hair back with bobby pins and make the bun look messy and in the front put some little stick on hair jewels

this sounds really weird, but just do a high scrunchy bun and bobby pin it. it'll look messy, but oh-so-cute. also, if you have like a (fake)diamond hair clip, put that on the top so people can see it from the front.
hope this helps!
