There are no explanations for how the brain produces consciousness (If it is the brain that does this). We have all heard of our "inner selves". When our senses pick up images and sounds what are these images and sounds being reported to? In other words how is our "inner self" produced by the brain? Another way of looking at the "inner self" problem is to say - what produces the you in you?

I have know a small amount of people like them in my life. I really envy them as my emotions are like a roller coaster like most people. No, I am not manic depressive or bi-polar. But when I am pissed I cannot hide it. But I do get over it quite fast after I vent.

okay well to understand this youve gotta hear the whole story:

my friends think im hilarious and i know im totally outgoing and stuff. for them im a laughter goddess and everything.

well recently ive been hanging around some theatre kids since im in the upcoming play and they are full on HILARIOUS!!!!! they say the funniest things and they're so outgoing and they're just crazy!!!! i love it! the thing is when im around them im not funny at all. i act like a total plain jane and i keep trying to be myself but i cant...so they dont even notice me.

my other friend who is also in the play is totally insane with them and they love her!!! they think she's cute and like "a four year old" they say. i dont get it...she gets hug and huge welcomes when she arrives and i dont even get a "hi."

im trying to be myself but i just cant and now im starting to get jelous!!!! why cant i be my normal, funny self? is it because they're funnier? is it from jelousy?

Are you ever curious as to whether had you been born in an Islamic country you would be just as committed Muslims as you are Christians having been born in a Christian country. Would you not be espousing the Koran as the word of God rather than the bible? Would you not be regarding Jesus as a prophet rather than the son of God as you now do? How do you know your beliefs are true when they are clearly a product of where you were born?

i have written a lot of poetry in the last 8 years and would love to get them copyrighted and published into a book for people to buy. But im not willing to pay anyone!!! and dont want to put them on my blogs as this is not the achievement i want.

i'm 13 and this is my first year of pointe. i've done ballet for years and i'm pretty flexable but i just seem to not be able to get all the way up on my box. no matter how much i stretch i just can't seem to get all the way up on my box. so what kind of strectches do y'all suggest? also, what could i do to help strenghten up my right ankle?

This is a series of 6 pen on paper about 8X10 dancer sketches of dancers in rehersal at a ballet bar or studio. There isn't a lot of detail in the drawings, mostly simple line drawings. I inherated these from a friend that would have collected these between 1930 - 1960.

My teacher at school anounced the school musical, but i didn't quite catch the name of it, I think it is called Me and my Lady. Its about like some heir who comes to take some rich estate i think, and it turns out he's a cockney. Theres some love thing in it too.
