In the early months of the war Robert E Lee built numerous start shaped forts around the confederate capitol, so why was Richmond abandoned when Grant broke through at Petersburg with the rest of Richmond's defenses still intact?

James tells us that our faith - without works - is dead. Paul tells us that our faith alone guarantees our salvation. I understand there is a balance - but when do I know my works have sufficiently demonstrated my faith?

You know, from the Greek, "sophia" means wisdom. So, why the sophists received this label, given that they were not wise people, but a bunch of professionals on eloquency?

As an example of how he was influenced by ideas at the time that women were evil or portrayed women negatively. Is it women beware women? There are many for Shakespeare- Macbeth, King Lear and Hamlet.

Also if you you have other recommendations of academic texts and fiction from over that promoted ideas about women being evil or had many negative female characters that would be good.

In other words, why do so many people call themselves Christian but don't show their faith through their actions? You either are or you aren't. There's no in between.

In Revelation, God writes letters to 7 chuches...the loveless church, the persecuted church, the corrupt church, the dead church, the faithful curch, and the lukewarm church. The faithful church, the chuch of Philadelphia(brotherly love in Greek), is the only one that is praised. The lukewam church, on the other hand, is described as being neither cold nor hot, and God will vomit it out because it is lukewarm. I think it's obvious which church America belongs to...my question is why???

If you place a dark brown square between the squares holding the red and blue balls what floor of the structure is that square you've place on? Don't cheat by looking for clues in the text material below the image. That is, unless you're an inveterate cheater.

I am not a great Philosopher, But I waan ask a question, this is for ever one. People are doing many things around the earth. Some are doing well, some are doing badly. Let it be. After all these on one fine second we need to leave the earth. Here my question is what we are going take along with us. Is it $$$$, Love, Relation, Name, Fame, Home, Car…..!!!!! What we are going to take along with us????

I hope if any one have chance to think about this, I hope that human can stop doing minimum some bad things, will start to help others.
