I think it may be Hungarian or perhaps Swedish, but I'm not really sure.

Is it HOL-its or HOL-eyets? Or something else?

ho-leetz, i think its european, but im not sure. i know bobby holik who plays hockey is czech and its pronounced ho-leek. but the american pronounciation might be ho-litz. maybed even jewish.

My name is Holits. It is an Hungarian name. 2 other version are Holitz and Holics. In Hungary and Transylvania the pronouciation is Holitsh. In Israel it is Holitz/

The nem is Hungarian and you should pronounce it as "HOL-itch"
