I can't really find any teen theatre clubs on long island that aren't so expensive like $1200 a class.

I'm not sure exactly what you are looking for but there is a lot of community theatre here. Try the Cultural Arts Playhouse in Bethpage. http://www.culturalartsplayhouse.org/site/Welcome.html

Try Five Town college in Dix Hills. If they don't have one, I'm sure they could steer you in the right direction.
