Do you join a troupe, win a competition, or do you have to get discovered? How do you get paid? Is that by contract?
I'm sort of okay at two hip-hop styles (b-girl,and boogaloo--I try), but I'm really good at rave styles (strings, liquid, 8-ball), but now I'm really thinking about trying aerial tissu (also known as aerial in ballet) and belly dance (specifically - turkish caberat). All I know is that I really love to dance and I think I would like to do it as a career. I just dont know how. How much does it pay? Is there ever any time off? I also want to stay with unique expressions like rave, aerial, and belly dance. Are there any jobs for that or is it all Hip-Hop?

It was a humor book and had a chapter about "Zen and the Art of Diaphragm Insertion" and another about what it would be like if all the men lived underground and were only brought 'topside' for "some lovin". I think it was "Girls Guide...." something-or-other.
Thanks for any help.

Memory and consensus of past events solidifies history for us. Very obvious events, such as "I was typing on the keyboard at 17:89 GMT 9/25/06", seem determined, unchangeable and therefore necessary.

But, if we have a new way of looking at what has transpired, does the past change or is this an indication that the past is indeterminate?

Worse yet, aren't, on some level, false beliefs of the past just as real as the true ones? To resist the question you need to appeal to objective reality, so it's circular to claim false beliefs of the past aren't as real.
