It was a humor book and had a chapter about "Zen and the Art of Diaphragm Insertion" and another about what it would be like if all the men lived underground and were only brought 'topside' for "some lovin". I think it was "Girls Guide...." something-or-other.

yes I have heard of the book. My girlfriend bought it as a joke for her roommate. It is Sex Tips for Girls by Cynthia Heimel
