Every dance team has their own reqirements. Some ask a lot, some require only dedication and enthusiasm. My team requires nothing but enthusiasm, and they will teach beginners everythign they need to know. However, my friend, after spending 5 year on our team and becoming one of our best dancers, tried out for a team in Great Brittain and didn't get accepted. So every team is different. Good luck. Just know for yourself that you are good and dance your best.

Just try to go to a middle or high school football game and watch the dancers.

theres no such thing as ENOUGH experience. theres going to be gurls there that been dancing since they were 4yrs old. it depends on what your trying out for? highschool? middleschool? middleschool looks for more personality and skill and potential and confidence. highschool... u just gotta bring it

church may not be quite enough experience. you should sign up for at least one jazz class to get you prepared. gooood luck
