Originally he was from Indianapolis, Indiana and he had a wife and possibly her name as Ruby if anyone has any info on this person please contact me I know this is a questions and answers place but, I need to put a puzzle together and I haven't many clues.

I hope that you can learn what you want to know from the first answerer. Either way, you could look up the newspaper of the day (try asking a librarian at your local library in the first instance) and get details of the death and or funeral announcement. These will often mention wives, children and grandchildren. You could also contact the cemetery (which will be mentioned in the newspaper) and find out what is on his headstone. In addition, you may be able to apply for his death certificate.
