I'm not sure is Norwegian. Those sounds to me ancient Latin words, I can give you some clues:

REX=KING
AVSTR=Austria?
An Austrian King?
REX HVNG= Hungarian king?
IMP= Imperator, emperor
CORON= Crown
D.G.= Dominum gratiae (it should be "by the grace of God")
ETC= Et ceterum, etc. (and all the things that remain)
FRANC= I don't really know, and I can't relate it to "french" issues.

OK, what I can interpret is: The Austrian-Hungarian Emperor, by the grace of God.

If it was coined in 1915, it should refer to the Austrian-Hungarian empire. That eagle... yes, it should be the Hapsburg's logo. Is that a two-faces eagle? Then surely it is.

The answer from Alphonse is correct.

Do as he says, scan or take a picture of both the face and obverse and send it to a good coin dealer for positive identification.

There are coin reference books in urban libraries and you can always do the research yourself.

I'd take it to a coin dealer to be evaluated. In the meantime you could check to see if there is anything similar for sale on e-bay.

These links may be of some help. Best of luck with it.
