On the 15th Agust 1947, there was rain in various parts of India, including New Delhi, since it was rainy season. Of so many places how to say as to which particular place of all those places was the first to have rain after midnight, when Pt. Nehru was addressing the Parliament is difficult to confirm. Some one may guess and say, but how do you verify that particular place with the rain fall with out data.
