Hello!!

I have been around people that have been depressed almost their entire life. It seems that no matter what these people do they still get depressed.

In other cases, I have seen people that get "times or moments" of depression but they cope with it and they get out of that state. Though it happens frequently, they still manage to keep going with their lives.

So this makes me ask, do you think that every human has to encounter some degree of depression at some point in their lives because it is our nature or do you think that we take depression as a choice due to the enviroment, people or other causes?

Take care.

Today astronomers have decided that Pluto is not in fact a planet. But if I had said that Pluto was a planet ten years ago, it would have been true. Wouldn't it? or was it true even then to have said that 'Pluto is not a planet'? Was Pluto ever a planet?

T.H. White: The destiny of Man is to unite, not to divide. If you keep on dividing you end up as a collection of monkeys throwing nuts at each other out of separate trees.

Interesting, no? Made me wonder: why don't we unite because of the bond of humanity that we all share? We all bleed and love and hope and have beliefs. The blood and love and hopes and beliefs may be different--but they are still the same in that they are the struggle of humankind.

Why are we so defensive and ready to leap at the throats of people who are different? (The same goes to those who are ever ready to leap at our throats because we are different.) Why is the initial reaction to fight for an ultimate and universal right way for all humans to live or to prove that one group is better (morally, genetically, mentally, etc.) than another?

For those who havnt heard, a number of eminant Revisionist Historians have today published in a History Journal a new take on an old theory.

Basically, they believe it was the Navy, not the Air Force, that held back the Nazis during those early grim years of the War. They say that the sheer power of the Royal Navy forced the Germans to take the fight to the air, where the RAF famously forced them back.

So friends, the question is, what do you think? Was this the RAF;s finest hour, or was it a silent victory for the Royal Navy

I'm actually a very talented actor. Always being praised by classmates and teachers. But what I really want is to perform on musical theatres. And of course, I'm gonna need some vocal talents. I keep on hearing many singers vibrate their voice when they sing. I'm not a bad singer, but I can't be considered a good singer unless I can vibrate my voice. Do you guys have an idea how?
