By the Roman Catholic Church's definition of God as I understand it, God is everything that is. That is to say, he does not "come in and out of form" the way you think. For instance, if we take a world of purely 2-dimensions and insert a 3-dimensional object, like an apple, into that 2-dimensional world, then the 2-dimensional creatures won't see the entire apple, they'll only see the part of the apple that touches the 2-dimensional surface. So, what they see will look like a constantly changing form (as the parts that touch the 2-dimensional surface as the apple roles will vary slightly in size and shape).
So, our perception may change of what we see in God, but that doesn't mean that God is a specific form in one particular spot at any given time. You're thinking of God in terms of finite restrictions and God, by definition, must operate in the infinite.
Also, according to Scripture (again, I'm not trying to tell you to believe this or not, I'm simply trying to explain the definition of God as I understand it), God created human in his image. That does not mean that humans are God, as God is composed of much more than simply the fibers that craft our bodies.
I hope that makes some sense. This is one of those topics that could be debated forever...and has been debated forever.

God is one, the Absolute Truth, the energetic source of all energies. The Lord has many energies which can broadly be catergorized into three varieties: the spiritual energy which manifests the spiritual world, the material energy which manifest the cosmos or the material world and the marginal energy which is the living energy, the living beings. So as the energy of the Lord we are also of the same spiritual nature as the Lord. Here's a simple, crude analogy to illustrate. A drop of the ocean has the same qualities as the whole ocean. The drop and the entire ocean are one in quality, but vastly different in quantity. In a similar way, we living beings are the same in quality as the Lord, pure spirit, but the difference is that the Lord is the energetic source of everything and we are His energy. So the proper understanding is called acintya bhedabheda tattva in Sanskrit. This translates to 'simultaneously, inconceivably, one with and different from the Lord'. We are the same qualtitively as the Lord. As the Lord is pure spirit, we are also pure spirit. So in this respect we are one with God. But quantitatively, we cannot be God, because He is the Absolute Truth, the source of all manifestations. We are godly, He is God.
Some say that we cannot be considered spiritual unless and until we accept a particular belief. This is just religious dogma with no logical or scientific basis. We are eternal, period, no matter what our beliefs may be. But we cannot understand our spiritual nature without purification of our consciousness, which is called self-realization.
Yes, the Lord appears in this material world from time to time to try and reclaim the fallen souls here. But even when the Lord comes to the material world, He does not accept a material body like us. His body is always completely transcendental and unaffected by the modes of nature. Therefore He is never in ignorance and never forced to take birth, die, suffer the distresses of material life, etc. He is always the master of the material energy because He is the source of the material energy. So, no, the Lord is not a form of energy, He is the source of all energy.

Who is the "you" that exists? Where were you before you were born? Not a single cell exists in you now that existed a month after you were born. When your body shuts down, it will decompose and become a part of many new things. Where will "you" be then?
You are not just "a" god, you are God. The energy of this universe is ever-changing, and the being you call "you" is one temporary expression of that energy. You are God, and you are also a thought that God is having.

"...a form of energy" ... "Therefore it's connected to every single object in the universe."
I fail to see the link you are trying to make. Explain why energy is connected to every single object in the universe.
Also, by your logic, every single atom would be a "god", or at least able to create a god. This makes no sense. Perhaps your definition of "god" needs some work.

how does it follow that if God came into form that he would be a form of energy?
how does it follow that energy is connected to every single object in the universe.
and HOW does it follow that if God is in everything than you are a God?
you gotta work on supporting your therefores before you jump to the conclusion that you are a God.

The universe is only of finite age, around 14 billion years, so the atoms in your body haven't always existed. In fact they were likely created in a supernova explosion just a bit over 5-6 billion years ago. Also, energy is not connected to every single object in the universe.
So sorry, you're not a god, but maybe one day, we all will be....

The problem is that God belong to an infinity aesthetic thinker, and word like existed, comes into, out of form, technically, connected, single object, atomic, body belongs to a finite abstract thinker.
Scan being plus ultra your word scenario, plus ultra your abstract dimensions, plus ultra your purely relation between insert object in fantastic topologic surface.
Improve your space being learning Plato esthetic problems.

well you could be the rear end of the Universe.
Seriously though energy and matter have not always existed - current theory - so your atoms have not always existed. Before time and the birth of the universe and at the depths of a black whole current understanding brakes down.
God is always an entity that humans make up to cover what they don't understand - hence more gods in unsophisticated societies
Nautre is the closest thing to god - Nature of the Universe - nature of life - respect what's around you

Anyone can name anything a god, even themselves. According to the Bible. There is only one God and He is the creator of all things, including time, space, matter, and energy. He *trancends* created things and is before all things. He does not exist within the created order in His essence. He created these things. Therefore there is a disctinction between creation and the creator and they are seperate. Also God is Spirit and not like any thing in creation. He is totally 'other' from the created order.

I believe that GOD does exist, but in a different layer of existence; in language and words sure does it exist. In terms of matter and energy or some other objective forms, I have my doubts!
