A document that states who gets custody of our son in the case in which something were to happen to my husband and I? We want something that is rock solid. We were going to just write it out and sign with witnesses but I just don't want there to be any loop holes. We are located and Texas, and if there is a document for this where would we be able to get one?

How many of you have ditched your desktop for your perfect laptop??

I just purchased a HP Pavilion 14.1 inch screen laptop...and I'm in LOVE. I sold my desktop and 19 in. monitor...and I keep asking myself, "why did i wait so long?" These days, the laptops seem just as powerful as the desktop. And, they are so portable and convenient. The other I watched the new DVD called HALLOWEEN, all the while surfing the internet and working on a word document at the same time. It was too much. Oh, yeah...and I was on my LAZ-Y-BOY recliner, too. I was in total heaven.

Have any of you left the desktop behind for your laptop pleasures? I'm interested to know your stories....

I am a sales associate at Ny&Co my store manager is completely rude and plays favorites .As well she hired her friends to work there and they get the best hours. The sales associates and other managers feel the same way. What can be done ?

Is it considered an overdose if you take 2500mg of tylenol at once (14 yr old), when the bottle says to take 1000mg at once? 5 pills instead of 2; purposly to hurt youself..not kill, but hurt.

hi i parked my car 2 minuits away from my garage and the police came and it had no tax mot and i had no licence or insurance and thau towed my car and the police woman knocked on someons door and asked if the saw me drive it and thay said yes. she said i whould be going to court but its now been 8 weeks and i havent heard a thing??? what do u think will hapen may there be a chance that im not going to court ?????? please help

Yesterday I asked, "CHRISTIANS: Why are you moral?"

Only a few responded, but all said that they weren't moral.

I was puzzled by this response because Christians so often say that atheists cannot be moral because we do not believe in any God that serves as the "giver of morals."

So if Christians, by and large, don't believe they're moral ("just forgiven," as I've heard the cliche), why the big judgment that atheists can't be moral?

(And while you're at it, if anyone can shed any light on why this isn't a classic schizophrenogenic double-bind [i.e., you must be moral, but it's impossible for you to be moral], you'll get extra points.)

An incident occured at work, it was reported to the exec. but nothing happened to my boss. I addressed him on the situation, after he got a "lecture"he poked me in the chest, between my breasts and stated it was none of my f-ing buisness and to stay out of it or he would have me terminated. I believe he thinks I was the original person who ratted him out, and now he is repremending me and humiliating me in emails that go to other people. I am not the only one who has been threatened, but I don't know who else has been. Do I have a case here?

like food, clothes and toys for example. These things are being called back and have either expired or they have dangerous things or they are a waste of money.

I dont wish to name the country as it may offended some and people will report this.

But this country is giving things that may kill us. Why? They even have cheap labour and I dont want that to happen.

So the main question is: Why is this country giving things to the public/ world but are dangerous?
