I am a sales associate at Ny&Co my store manager is completely rude and plays favorites .As well she hired her friends to work there and they get the best hours. The sales associates and other managers feel the same way. What can be done ?

I use to work in retail and the managers treated me the same way but I was smart enough to out think them. That's what you have to do too. What ever way you feel, never let it interfere with your performace at work. And work with a smile at all times. Even when they mistreat you, make you angry and make you feel like saying and doing something to get them back. Keep your sanity. It will drive them nutts. (smile)

Contact corporate office let them know what is going on and if there is other people that have the same concerns the better, because this way you will have back up! They will listen to you there is strength in Numbers. Good Luck!

There is always somebody above that is their boss. So I would ask them.

everybody has a boss. so does she.all of you get together and go to her boss and tell it.
