kinda, but I definitely can still tell them apart. Tom Felton's face shape is more to oval-oblong, the 2nd guy is more square-ish, you can really see his jaw line.
I couldnt careless about the actors tho :]p but when it comes to the character, Draco all the way hehe
he's such a sad, misunderstood character..I love that

The hair cut/color is alike.

Yeah. I think it's mostly the hair though. The second one's cuter in my opinion.
