For those that don't eat fast food because it's unhealthy, do you eat at restaurants? If so, how is that food different from fast food? I'm not saying it isn't, I just want to know.

If there is any food from a restaurant that would be just as bad as fast food, what factor decides if its too unhealthy to eat? (with fast food being the standard as too unhealthy to eat)

Also, what makes food cooked at home healthier than fast food? What factors decide whether the food cooked at home is relatively healthy or unhealthy?

I hate the rut I'm in! I can't get ahead! All my money goes to rent, insurance, gas and so on. I don't owe anything or anyone, I never or hardley go out, I have the smallest food budget I know of and I'm STILL FLAT BROKE!!!!! I can't go out even if I wanted to. I'm getting so frazzled!!! What on earth should I do? Anyone have any advice for me? Better yet..extra money!

My candles will be rustic/primitive/country themed...I'm looking for a name that sounds relaxing and comforting...maybe a "kitcheny" name because my main scents will be bakery-types or spicy aromas. i dont get along with my mom and stepdad at all-they make me feel worthless hated and depressed-control me to extremes (i dont have enough space to explain) She pushed me last week(i didnt even raise my voice this fight for 1nce) so i walked out and didnt come home till the next day. I apologized for not calling-but now she wants to charge me $500 rent/month plus car insurance and prescriptions. I get 1000 a month from social security (dad died-i was 11) and i think this is her way of getting the money since it is in my name now and not hers. I refuse to pay bec. i spend a lot of time at school (its boarding but im a day student so i eat/hang out in the dorm rooms) so im moving out and in with my best friend. Only problem is if i move out I will have to transfer bec. my school wont give me financial aid not under her roof and she knows this and that i dont wanna transfer the end of snyr year so knows I will pay her rather than transfer. is this a type of threat/ blackmail?should i pay?

i just recently visited the Gold Coast of Australia, around a place known as Surfer's Paradise, and the young people there from like 16's-20's they are like all hot, most of them at least. but the girls there are beautiful, the dudes are actually attractive. ( and its not wrong for a guy to say another guy is actually attractive) and i like their accents too...

Does anyone else think this. because i know its just my opinion.

okay well i have noticed for awhile now that my right arm bicep looks alot bigger then left. Today i measured biceps and my right arm measures 12 inches and my left arm is 9. That is a huge huge difference. I am shocked. It always looked weird to when i wear shirts. I never really did weights. I don't get it how can it be this much of a difference. I did break my left wrist so i didn't use it much but i also broke my right wrist so they should be equal. I can understand a inch but yooo 3 inches thats huge.

i have been talking to an egyptian man that my mom and her husband knew when they was there in egypt i been talking to him for over 13 months well in october i flew too egypt and marry him,and while i was there he put me down by calling me fat a nd stupid and **** american women.he also gave me a bloody nose,beat my head in the floor while saying to me he will kill me,broke my right elbow,locked me in the apartment and cut the phone live,and then had me turn in to muslium.and now he wants me too come back to him.he has ask me too forgive him many of times which i have.but i cant never forget what he has done too me.and what if it will happen again.i amm scared too death of him.i am his first marriage.im just soo confused i still have some love for him.please any good suggestions i live in florida. thanks too all who read and answer with suggestions..

Sometimes, it's difficult to plan for your future when it seems like the world around you is crumbling.
All these conflicts, like the struggles in the Middle East or wars in Africa, worry me so much that I somtimes feel like planning for a sucessful future isn't worth it.
