Find a cheaper apartment or get a room mate to share the rent. Shop around for insurance and see if you could save money by going with a different insurance company. Get an additional job somewhere (just part-time) - like two nights a week or something just to make some extra money.

I know I know...I am in a worst situation than you actually. I owe people money left to right. One thing you can do is waitress or bartending...you shouldn't be struggling that much if you have two jobs (which is hard) ...if you have two jobs and still don't have money to spend..you need to find something else. Couple of other things you can do is get a roommate so you can save some money. If you really want to earn money on a regular..is donating plasma. You can get up to 100 dollars the first time, and some time after that 30 bucks each time you go.

Look at your local craigslist for focus groups and surveys that pay cash. Don't fool with the make money off the Internet offers they are scams. Only the paid surveys. Also look at craigslist for part time jobs. I currently work for News America putting ads in store. I can work their schedule in with mine. Focus on your budget. it may be bare bones now but look at sacrificing some things. You might have to look for another rental place. Shopping for more affordable insurance is something to check on. It may be also time to ask for a raise where you currently work.

One piece of advice for everyone... simple and effective... live below your means. live in a less expensive place, drive a less expensive car etc. Just because you get a raise doesn't mean you have to spend it... save or invest it instead... 5 cents, 5 bucks... whatever... take the long view... it will add up in the end.
