okay i need help and fast!

here it goes.

okay so i live with my gma rite, and my dad came and visited for Christmas and wants me to come back with him, my gma got all mad and was like fine take her then and 10 minutes later said she didnt mean it, and my sisters want me there too, i have no idea what to do!!

if you were in this situation what would you do?

oh and i have lived with my gma for 4 years and only see my dad and sisters like 2 times a year!

and my dad lives with his sister right now who is planning on moving here but idk when, but my dad is getting there place, but if they move here within the next month idk where i will stay because my dad has to work out of state for three months so yeah... help!

Smog is bad. How can anyone visit L.A. in July and not see that we are doing some horrible stuff to the earth? Litter is bad. There is a floating island of trash in the Pacific Ocean the size of Texas. For real.
Conservatives get red in the face yelling about "environmental whackos" and how it's their right to drive a Hummer just for the sake of thumbing their nose at liberals. You can pay some sceintists off with oil money and convince them to say that global warming isn't real, but you can't ignore the facts: pollution is bad, and there is no denying it is real. Why not make an effort to cut down on it?

Also,to check the house for mold,etc.? Do I call the health department or who? Who is responsible for making sure an apartment/house is up to code? Will I get in trouble if I tell my landlord that I won't pay the rent unless he has the air vents cleaned and the whole place checked out? I don't have a lease so there's no way for me to know if anything like that would be covered. In addition,I just asked my landlord how old the carpet is and he said about 9 years old and he said if it needs to be cleaned,it's our responsibility. Also,can someone please confirm or not what my friend just told me as I'm typing this that the people to call are either the Housing Department or my city's Code Compliance office?!? What is the Housing Department(or whatever it's actually called?) Are they city,county,state or federal? Also,I should mention that this is all happening in Florida!! Last thing-If an inspection said that work needed to be done and we had to move,could landlord help pay for move?!?

Full or front only suspension mountain bikes?

Hi, looking for a mountain bike. Into road bikes really, but fancy one for up in the 'Lakes' {UK Cumbria}.

Also may go to the Alps summer 08, go up on some of the cable cars and back down on the bike.

Want to be able to fit rear mudguard as I do not want to spoil my Lycra - will use it in the rain / mud on and off road.

I had a go on a full suspension jobber, felt very odd, bouncing up and down, even when pedaling and the flay, so may just go for front suspension only, plus that way I can also fit my youngest's tow along bike and a pannier rack too. Don't think you can do so on full suspension ones?

Looking for disk brakes too.

Sale at Halfords - they look OK at £400.

What the best mountain bike / best place buy?

Me and my friends are planning to form a band but my parents won't let me join them because I am the only girl in the band. They are that strict. Their point is that it doesn't look good seeing a girl surrounded by boys. They always make me stay away from boys. I am an only child.

Being the vocalist of a band is one of my biggest dreams. Any idea on how I can convince them?

During a snow and ice storm the large brances from their tree snapped off and fell on my property. Who is liable to clean these branches away?? They are very heavy and a lot of them and cost would be expensive to remove them.
Neighbor is a very thick headed woman and should not have planted this tree so close to the property line in first place- Along with that its right next to a retaining wall which is starting to collapse.
Thank god you dont have a neighbor like this ....
