you have to do things like take a shower, take out the trash, check the mail, etc. I was told that I was a bad parent because I would put my daughter in her swing if she was awake while doing these things. They told me that I should always be in the room with my child because you never know what can happen. I understand that, but am I the only person who doesn't see anything wrong with walking outside for 2 minutes while I check the mail? Am I doing something wrong? I could put her in her crib, but if she is awake, then she would cry. I would, of course, rather have my baby cry then something happen to her, I just am wondering what you all do. Keep in mind I am talking about times when I am the only person home with the baby, when daddy is at work. She is almost 6 months old.

I'm having an issue where the sims' bodies stretch across the screen or somehow become misaligned from their head. Sometimes it stretches right across the screen.I currently have all the graphics/performance options maxed, even though i tried reducing them to see if it fixes the problem but it doesn't. Should I reinstall You think that will fix the problem? cause its only the bodies of the sims like they are curropted, and it only happens sometimes

I know this isnt a mental health question, but i think the answers the people in this section are more sound and intelligent. my best friend broke up with her longest bf of 2 years about 3 months ago. she was really sad and it hit her badly, which is how anyone would be in that situation. we just got into college (we are 16). i noticed this really hot guy and we had a lot of eye contact, and i thought maybe something would happen. he would approach me, but i realised whenever he did he would be a little too touchy feely (put his hand around my waist, carress my shoulder etc). i also heard rumours that he was trying to get with other girls, and that many other girls were interested in him. so i lost interest, because a player isnt my type of guy. then my best friend phones me and says she likes him and he tried to kiss her. i told her that he was slightly flirtatious and i didnt think he had the right interests. she got mad at me and ignored me, and i didn;t know what to do becayse i knew she wouldnt tell me about anything else that happened with him if i was pesmistic. so i shunned my previous feelings aside,

They guy i love proposed to me christmas eve and i was very excited.. i have been a best friend of 5 yrs to the girl that is mad at me and she got engaged on christmas day. And the guy i am with is cousin's with the guy she is with. We got the together.. My guy was going to propose on new yrs eve but changed his mind and did it on christmas eve, bc he knew how excited i would be. she is mad and said we stabbed them in the back and hurt there feelings and were not being true friends bc we should have waited to new yrs to get engaged.. I think she is being very ugly and we got into and are not talking now..She is 24 and i think she is acting childish.. what do yall think? We were very happy for her and her guy..

...and that person returns it to the store, do you see that as tacky and unappreciative or do you see it as just life and pretty much accept it? Me, I always include a receipt or a gift receipt with my gifts, just in case.

I'm hosting an after Christmas get-together and I'm serving appetizers/finger foods because of the lack of sit-down space and I'm sure everyone's tired of ham and turkey anyways.

Saturday Night- Vegas (Plane lands figured we'd gamble)
Sunday Night- Lodge in Grand Canyon
Monday hike down to phantom ranch and stay the night
Tuesday Hike back up and go to Lake Mead Rent a House boat for Tuesday and Wednesday Nights
Thursday and Friday Back partying and a show.

How do you deal with a girlfriend who is still in love with her abusive ex...? And says it will take her years to get over him, or that she may never get over him at all. Apparently she thinks that I am "extra-sensitive" because it upsets me. I think my reaction is normal, I told her to get over him, or go back to him... I don't do well with sharing, especially when she treats me like it's all my fault when all I do is try to calm her down and try to make her understand that she deserves better. He treats her like sh!t, and I get her wrath... WTF? Does she want to date a robot?
