I had the good sense to refuse her,she took revenge by disgracing my name.But Her boss backed her up.She was a loony I think.Does she deserve any respect or an apology?What should I do?

If the shop was open at the time did she want it over the counter? if so you should apologise and ask for a second chance, it would have made for good staff relations.

If you want to shop there apologise. It won't cost you anything as only you can take your pride away from you.

Otherwise ignore the entire incident and shop somewhere else.
