Hi, just got a LCD 17'' widescreen monitor

I love it! One of the best things I ever got.

I set the resolution to 1440 x 900 for best resolution (or what I'v been told.)
I have a game that cannot run1440x900 resolution so its either really small and does not fill up my screen or
its really large and fills up my screen (if I change it to 1024 x 768)

Is it ok if I keep changing the resolution or is completly harmless?

My 2 point & shoot cameras have full manual control setting of aperture, shutter independantly. But I also have aperture/shutter priority. Is it Only the cameras that have aperture/shutter Priority that can have each independant of one another?

My mother and father have been divorced for over 18 years, i haven't talked to him in 5 years. My mother recently passed away from cancer, in the divorce decree it stated he had to pay child support for as long as I was in school. Now that my mother passed he has stopped sending checks. woman contacts me on myspace.
seems legit. doesnt have a link for me to follow, or ask for any personal info.
we exchange emails. she claims to own firearms, my page says i own firearms. she doesnt understand what i am saying about my firearms and when i asked what she owns, she changes the subject.

is there anything a scammer could gain by getting me to keep sending her emails? i thought as long as i didnt follow a link in the email or give any personal info, i was safe. am i correct ? is it safe to just email her ?

This question goes out to all the car electricians.

I have a 1997 Mitsubishi Eclipse and for some reason the following won’t turn on: front headlights, turns signal lights, backlights, and dashboard lights. How can I fix this problem? Where would I start? Where can I find the wiring diagram on the car. Would you recommend I look for a fuse or are there no fuses for the problem that I am having?

I went to bed last night around 3am and woke up drenched in sweat with no concept of time, was hearing voices and seeing things in my head. I think I was hallucinating but I'm not sure as I've never hallucinated before. The only thing close I can compare it with would be a marijuana high but I do not do that anymore. I did drink some coffee early in the day that I got for Christmas from a place I've never had coffee from before. Could it have been the coffee? There was people laughing in my head...I thought I would never come out of it so I just went back to bed after I got some water.

The coffee looks sort of expensive. It was French Vanilla dark roasted coffee and I drank about 3 cups. Before I went to bed I was feeling tired and watching TV (I was seeing and hearing people from TV in my head but more vividly and louder than normal.)

Also, I am drinking some more coffee but a different flavor right now to confirm if it was the coffee or not.

i've had a stuffy nose followed by a runny nose followed by a stuffy nose for a week. ive been taking tylenol cold for 3 days, drixoral for 3 days, and now ive gone back to tylenol cold. i know it can take up 14 days for a cold to get better and dont say take more vitamin c cuz research studies show it doesnt help. i have no other cold symptoms and my ma says the doc wont give u nething for a stuffy nose aka she wont give me $12 for the copay to see the doc...ne suggestions?

when dealing with a problem with probabilities, how do you know to whether multiply or add the probabilities??? i heard that you multiply when "and" is in the answer or add when "or" is in the answer...or it might be vice versa (please explain this to me also!).

here is an example if it didn't make sense (please explain):

1.) A.) there are 5 blue, 4 red, 3 yellow, and 2 black marbles in a bag. If two marbles are picked at random (without replacement) what is the probability that both selections (first AND second) are red?
B.) same problem as 1. A but this time two marbles are selected at random WITH REPLACEMENT

2.) A.) there are 5 blue, 4 red, 3 yellow, and 2 black marbles. If two marbles are picked at random (without replacement) what is the probability that either selections (OR) is red?
B.) same problem as 2 A, but this time WITH replacement.

I thought the spanish word for 'and' is 'y'

but I have a spanish guitar (made in madrid) and it says
'Rodriguez e hijos'
(Rodriguez and sons)
Why is it 'e'? why isn't it 'y'?
Is it because it's hard to say it because it's the same sound after one another? Or is it Madrid dialect?

OK so I was cutting my wrist to relieve stress. but I think I cut too deep.I put a small bandage around my wrist but I keep having to replace it, even as I write this message.

Ok I just changed the bandage again. The bleeding wont stop and I cant move my rist much, I feel a bit drowsy

My girlfriend and i have been together for almost 5 months now, but things are going downhill. we barely talk, we havent seen each other since october, and i feel like i'm putting a lot in but not getting back.
Then there's another girl. she wants to date me, she told me... and she's waiting until i'm single so i know she respects me. we've been talking almost every day for a few weeks now and we've been through things together that my girlfriend and I haven't.
Please don't tell me "talk to your girlfriend about it" (i've tried... can't get in touch) or "it's up to you who you choose" (if i knew who i wanted i wouldn't have posted)
