woman contacts me on myspace.
seems legit. doesnt have a link for me to follow, or ask for any personal info.
we exchange emails. she claims to own firearms, my page says i own firearms. she doesnt understand what i am saying about my firearms and when i asked what she owns, she changes the subject.
is there anything a scammer could gain by getting me to keep sending her emails? i thought as long as i didnt follow a link in the email or give any personal info, i was safe. am i correct ? is it safe to just email her ?

as a firearm owner living in he USA, i am used to constant assaults by the government who believe i caused the latest firearm massacre. not the shrink who gave the drugs that caused him to go nuts or the government agency that approved his permit or the police that dealt with him many times or the courts that gave him back his gun and let him out of prison as fast as they could.
so i always fear the government coming to get me. (Waco. they surrounded the building and pumped in tear gas and slowly suffocated the children, all in the name of firearms. they could have just waited for the head nut to leave the compound and grab him then. instead of surrounding the place. the local sheriff had spoken to the leader several times over complaints. or Ruby Ridge, where they murdered an unarmed woman holding a baby because firearms are evil and any one who is friends with a firearm owner must die)
but this is not my question. the question is, what could she gain by getting me to email her?
