who out there thinks there was a worldwide flood?

what about the fact that records of the Chinese and Egyptians show ongoing civilizations through that period?

Ok, I get it, I'm an idiot.
Here's the situation:
I am stationed in Germany and leaving in 5 months. I drive a $300 hooptie. It got me to work fine and I don't feel like buying a new car when I am leaving soon.

OK, so it's always had a bad leak. Like I have to put two bottle of water in it everyday. No problem, work is only 4 miles away.

Since it leaks so much, I can't afford to put anti-freeze in it. I had it full of water and it froze. How much damage could have been done. Will it still work when it thaws out?

My brother has a PSP and I have a DS, so I figured I'd bring those. There's a DVD player in the car, but we don't have any new movies and the kids will only sit still for so long.

I guess I could bring coloring books. Maybe some snacks like Goldfish or something. Ummm ...

See, the thing is we're going to be doing most of our driving during the day. So I need ideas of stuff to keep them not-annoying!! xD

Also, we leave tomorrow (I pretty much just found out) so there's no time to go out and buy anything ...

And if you have any ideas for kid songs, tell me because I'm planning to make some CDs. The kids love songs like Who Let The Dogs Out and stuff like that.

Some women say Grown Fathers are useless to their adult daughters when they have an adult daughter being willingly abused and used by their boyfriend
Some women say they plead with their husbands to do what they did when their children were minors, protect them form harm.. They say these were good fathers when the children were growing up but why cant they stop those men from abusing their adult daughters even though the adult daughters
takes the abuse willingly and say they are in love and daddy stay away. They are grown now
Some fathers watch in frustration when they learn its against the law for them to do anything and their younger children and wife pleads with them to do something.
What can these good fathers do but look helplessly at their remaining minor children and say you had better stay good the way im teaching you and taught their adult daughters
I say theirs nothing these good fathers can do but advise and be there to pick up the peices. What do you say ?

i'm 15 years old and i'm auditioning for our school musical. it is thoroughly modern millie and i have to find a 50-70 second monologue that parallels the character i'm auditioning for. i think i'm going to audition for one of the girls that lives in the hotel with millie. if anyone can help me find a monologue that would be great.

I was born/raised Catholic, and I'm pretty much proud of it. But for a couple of months I can't stop questioning my beliefs. Part of me still believes in God and Jesus Christ, but another part of be continues to question everything and it drives me crazy! I used to have a good connection with God, but now I can't help but constantly question my beliefs.

I've been trying endlessly to silence that voice in my head. Sometimes it works, other times it doesn't. I pray every night to hope that I don't have to fight this battle with myself.

I guess what I'm trying to say is that I know God exists, but the little voice in my head tries to negate all of that. What should I do to keep my faith in God without having this voice make me question everything?

the other day my grandmother noticed my front tires seemed off so i had my dad check them and they were 18 in each front tire when they should be 30. he didn't check the back ones. it's a 2007 toyota yaris and a light never came on telling me to check it. also, i just had my car inspected about 2 weeks ago...isn't that something they check? what causes low tire pressue? i only have about 10,000 miles on my car. i know what i can do to fix it...but what can i do to prevent it? and what are the results if it's not fixed?
