At about 40 mph it starts making a noise like rubber flapping on a tire. Checked them all with zero results. What could it be?The noise is pretty loud.

if its real loud then i doubt its just chopped tires or something but it still could be. see if you have any flat spots on any of the tires. could be a underbody shield or something too.

Have your rear brakes checked. there may be a broken carry down spring, or a sticking shoe. The ABS code may be scanned to show to that hassle. They probably are appropriate (noise and warning gentle).
